About the Role

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Client Support department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Control the timely and accurate receipt of sales orders, ensuring they are available to the warehouse within agreed timeframes.
  • Order Processing: Key manual orders onto SAP, ensuring a 5-point check is completed for each order processed.
  • Client Communication: Chase any missing or outstanding orders with the client, confirming receipt or non-receipt.
  • Inventory Management: Control duplicate receipt of orders, confirming with the client whether orders are to be processed or cancelled.
  • Stock Management: Control of customer shelf life settings within SAP.
  • EDI Management: Manage EDI crashes within SAP, processing failures and resolving issues.
  • Stock Allocation: Cap and allocate stocks to orders, capturing fulfillment to customers where requested.
  • Quality Control: Inventory management and quality control, avoiding mis-rotation of stocks, holding and releasing stocks from and to various quarantine status' upon request.
  • Client Reporting: Provide client reports that are accurate and communicated within the agreed timeframes.
  • Client Retention: Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, thereby attaining client retention.
  • Traceability Reports: Provide detailed traceability reports to clients within an agreed timescale.
  • Special Costs: Obtain special costs for one-off delivery points and off-delivery destinations.
  • Internal Communication: Communicate with internal teams to achieve query resolution for clients.
  • Client Portfolio: Looking after a portfolio of clients on a daily basis.

  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiating skills – ability to influence and steer.

  • Customer Focus: Customer Service driven, in order to maintain a high level of customer focus.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate, particularly with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Teamwork: Be a good team worker, demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members.
  • Professionalism: Professional, approachable, and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.
