About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as a Healthcare Administrator. This role will provide high-quality, responsive, and coordinated service support for the Healthcare Team and Prison Staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Healthcare Team, including diary coordination, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal staff and external agencies.
  • Log complaints and support the team in effective complaint management, as directed.
  • Coordinate clinical and non-clinical appointment arrangements, including dealing with changes, cancellations, and additional needs.
  • Utilize office systems, including diaries and other information systems, and undertake general office duties as necessary.
  • Take minutes as required and type them to a good quality.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within an administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience of diary coordination, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal staff and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and minute-taking experience.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Business Administration and GCE/GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
