About the Role:

Key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and responding to clinical risk areas, and maintaining open communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Identify and report clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
