We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team, who will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible support and care in a safe and respectful environment.

Key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognising and managing clinical risk areas, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and their families. You will also be required to work closely with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of services and maintain high standards of care.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Avery Healthcare offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative working environment.
