Job Description

We are seeking a Care Support Associate to join our team at Lifeways in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who live with autism and complex learning disabilities.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, typically 7:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-9:30pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant is desirable, but not essential. We offer excellent training and ongoing support for those new to care.

Salary: £23,000 per annum (approximate based on location and experience)
