We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Associate to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Associate, you will provide direct personal care to patients in their homes, working closely with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans, under the supervision of a Case Manager, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Rhode Island.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.
Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 per year, depending on experience.
