Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pastoral Lead to work with us at Unity Education Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in their lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting clear expectations and promoting high standards of behaviour across the school. They will also provide rapid and effective support to colleagues who experience challenging student behaviour.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the running and management of the Pastoral Support Room, Relocation Room, and Standards Room
  • To ensure that students adhere to school policy and expectations
  • To establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • To provide rapid and effective support to colleagues who experience challenging student behaviour
