  • Provide HR consulting services to clients on various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on HR-related topics, including talent management, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, offering guidance and support on HR matters and helping them achieve their business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a related HR role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
