Key Responsibilities: HR Consulting Services
  • Provide strategic HR consulting services to clients on various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on HR-related topics, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure our clients' HR practices are up-to-date and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a related HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
