As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients on various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your expertise will help us develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices that drive business success. Key Responsibilities: HR Consulting Services
  • Provide HR consulting services to clients on various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on HR-related topics, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, offering guidance and support on HR matters and helping them achieve their business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting or a related HR role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
