Accommodation Needs Coordinator

About the Role

As an Accommodation Needs Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals, providing tailored support to address their housing needs. You will work closely with probation practitioners to deliver effective solutions and ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assess participant needs, creating personalized accommodation plans to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, identifying emerging risks and concerns.
  • Record progress and outcomes accurately, using our case management system.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver a seamless service.
