Job Description
This role involves providing companionship, personal care, and medication reminders to clients in their own homes. You will also assist with meal preparation, household help, and transportation to promote independence and access to essential services.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Qualifications: A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.
- Right to Work: The legal right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £24,500 - £29,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career progression.
