Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support and care to our clients, including personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and light household duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being
- Prepare and serve meals according to individual preferences
- Engage in companionship, offering social interaction and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
- Document care activities and report any changes in clients' conditions
- Competitive Pay: £13.50 - £17.00 Per Hour
- Guaranteed Income Contract: steady income for a fixed number of hours each month
- Mileage Compensation
- Travel Time Paid
- Stable Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions
- Minimum 1-Hour Visits: Ensuring quality time with clients
- Local Shifts: Reducing your travel distance, and we cover mileage
