Resident Care Manager

Care UK is seeking a Resident Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care services to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and supervising a team of care assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality care services
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement resident care plans
- Administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and supporting residents with daily living activities
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and improve care services
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who shares our values of caring, passion, and teamwork. As a Resident Care Manager, you will possess:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to allocate and delegate work effectively
- A good understanding of care planning processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
