Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £13.50 - £17.00 per hour, as well as guaranteed income contracts, mileage compensation, travel time paid, stable hours, minimum 1-hour visits, local shifts, comprehensive training, a supportive environment, career growth opportunities, a referral scheme, and benefits including paid holidays and pension for all staff.


Job Description
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Prepare and serve meals according to individual preferences
  • Engage in companionship, offering social interaction and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
  • Document care activities and report any changes in clients' conditions
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Home Instead's standards of care

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for caring and helping others
  • Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check
  • A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
