We're seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Care Assistant with Trinity Homecare, you'll play a vital role in promoting independence and supporting individuals with their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care support, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with meal preparation and planning
- Administering medication and supporting with shopping trips and appointments
- Offering companionship and social support to clients
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a car with business motor insurance
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
