About the Role

We are looking for a talented Marine Ecologist Lead to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our Nature team, you will lead our marine ecology team and grow our portfolio of high-profile marine projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff members. A strong understanding of marine ecological principles and practices is also required.

This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve environmental outcomes for our projects. You will work closely with specialists in underwater acoustics, coastal processes, water scientists, and marine archaeologists.
