We are seeking a passionate and skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Broadoak Manor Care Home in Dartford. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a key role in creating delicious meals for our residents and helping them feel at home.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, managing the kitchen team, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Train and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
