The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Credit Director to lead our global trade credit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading deal teams on offensive RFPs, engaging with the global trade credit network to identify opportunities, and fostering a sales culture to drive pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead deal teams on offensive RFPs to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Engage with the global trade credit network to identify opportunities and map global/regional opportunities.
  • Foster a sales culture and ensure pipeline management in cooperation with the global and GB trade credit teams.
  • Unlock business opportunities with existing clients who use other trade credit brokers or are direct with insurers.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to measure sales successes.
  • Initiate sales and marketing activities, including industry and conference participation.
  • Assist in attracting talent and contributing to the global practice's aspirations around digitisation, technology, and innovation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade credit, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
