Retail Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our fashion department at a leading multi-department outlet in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, with experience in sales management, team development, and customer service. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving and exceeding sales targets by maximising opportunities and ensuring the fashion department meets financial goals.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales assistants to achieve personal and store targets, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and control to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise losses.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to achieve targets.

  • Proven track record in retail leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
