Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Manager to join our fashion department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring our customers receive a memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Meet Financial Goals: Maximise opportunities to exceed sales targets and ensure the fashion department meets financial goals.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Motivate and develop a team of sales assistants to achieve personal and store targets, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock: Monitor and control inventory levels, stock replenishment, and control to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise losses.
  • Analyse Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to achieve targets.

We offer a competitive salary of circa £28,000 plus bonus, making this an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the world of premium fashion and lifestyle brands.
