Job Summary:

AWE Plc is currently recruiting for a Technical Secretariat/Author to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Liabilities function, including coordinating leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end coordination of leadership, regulatory, customer and/or technical meetings, including notification, meeting planning, meeting packs, note taking, data gathering, data analysis, and action tracking.
  • Structural review and formatting of senior board papers and communications.
  • Consulting with key stakeholders and meeting contributors to ensure meeting packs and outputs are well informed and accurate.

Requirements:

  • A Level or equivalent qualification or equivalent on-the-job experience in a comparable field.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders at any one time.
  • Critical thinking/problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management approach, and ability to structure clear and concise leadership level reports, papers, and information packs.

Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
