Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service via various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and agile environment, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Continuously improve customer support processes to enhance service delivery
  • Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support the company's performance
