Clinical Professionals Limited is seeking an experienced Healthcare Partnership Manager to join their established Sales team in the East Midlands.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across the East Midlands territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with core customers and stakeholders. This will involve working closely with key customers, payers, and healthcare professionals to promote our products and achieve formulary status.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants to make a real impact in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth across the territory. You will work closely with the wider Sales team to share best practices and contribute to regional business plans at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop key account plans to gain formulary status for products and drive further uptake of products/brands once formulary status has been achieved.
  • Work with key customers and stakeholders across primary & secondary care settings as well as at payer level.
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales team to share best practices and contribute to regional business plans at a strategic level.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional who has a proven track record in driving business growth and developing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong pharmaceutical sales experience, be ABPI qualified, and have a solid understanding of the formulary inclusion process. They will also have evidence of selling to, or working with, medicines optimisation to drive switches.
