About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Insurance Broker to join our thriving team. As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive motor insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Overcome objections and close sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.

Working Hours

Candidates need to be flexible to work different shift patterns between the hours of 8:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday in 3 from 9am to 3pm.
