Job Title: Regional Manager

FirstPort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of property management and customer service principles and practices.
