Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandising Manager to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our buying and merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective merchandise planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Planning: Develop and execute merchandise plans that align with our business strategy and drive sales growth.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Create accurate forecasts and budgets to ensure we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Buying and Sourcing: Work closely with our buying team to source high-quality products that meet our brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking, ensuring we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Trade and Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and trade trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of merchandise planners and buyers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in merchandise planning and buying, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
