About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Technical Services department on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with external customers in the on-trade sector, while working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain our premium brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls, email communication, and website interactions, supporting customers with maintenance and new dispense point requests.
  • Work closely with our Technical Services team to ensure efficient logging of maintenance work for our Field Service Engineers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan new installations as part of our expanding product portfolio.
About You
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, either on the phone or face-to-face.
  • Able to learn new skills and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Takes ownership of work and demonstrates independence in achieving results.
  • Strong issue resolution skills that meet the needs of our customers and our business.
  • Comfortable with daily computer use and internal software/systems.
