Job Description:

As an Exhibition and Sales Manager at CV-Library, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results in a trade counter environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity among team members.
  • Analyse sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the trade counter budget effectively, balancing cost control with quality and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • A keen eye for luxury aesthetics and interior trends.
