This influential role will report to the Global Senior Vice President of Client Relations and will focus on strengthening and expanding relationships within our client's existing portfolio while driving business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in custom build exhibitions and high-end corporate chalets, with a passion for fostering client partnerships and mentoring teams to achieve targeted growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow the client portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Strategically retain and deepen existing client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and addressing needs effectively.
Collaborate with Account Directors and department heads to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
Provide hands-on coaching and support to sales teams, emphasizing lead generation and compelling sales presentations.
Conduct regular sales meetings, offering motivation and leadership to enable teams to meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
Maintain strong visibility across local and extended teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Identify "at risk" clients and execute strategies to mitigate issues and retain these accounts.
Lead the preparation of proposals and sales presentations, maintaining the financial relationship with clients.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the team.
Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of sales and leadership experience in custom build exhibits, corporate chalets, or marketing solutions.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications (MBA preferred).
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
Proven enthusiasm for business development and consultative selling.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
