Job Title: Business Administration Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Administration Trainer to join our team at HMP Hindley. As a Business Administration Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-focused vocational training to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration to our students
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our students
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the education team to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or be willing to commit to gaining the qualification within 1 year
  • Be willing to gain the Award in Education within 6 months
  • Be willing to gain the TAQA assessment qualification within probation
  • Commit to gaining a subject-specific qualification to allow them to train to Level 3, within 2 years
