Temporary AR Team Member Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Temporary AR Team Member to join our team and provide essential support in our Accounts Receivable function. As a key member, you will work closely with internal teams and external customers to manage and communicate collection activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and analyze data using strong Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely information.
  2. Prepare and maintain reports to track the progress and status of accounts.
  3. Collaborate with various Business Units to identify and troubleshoot potential issues providing effective solutions.
  4. Participate in improvement projects related to AR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar administrative role.
  2. Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
  3. Spanish language skills are preferred to better support Spanish-speaking clients.

Estimated Salary: Approximately £26,500 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week
