About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock & Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in London. As a key member of our Brioni UK Ltd. team, you will be responsible for maximizing process efficiency, ensuring loss prevention, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory management: Ensure BOH areas are tidy and well-organized, rotate stock when necessary, and manage stock returns to warehouse, internal transfers, and client shipments.
  • Store operations and maintenance: Conduct daily floor checks, report maintenance and H&S issues, and manage store maintenance, including supervision of contractors.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent inventory management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional late nights
