About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Brioni UK Ltd. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will provide a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience in store, nurturing a genuine and long-term relationship with our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop relationships with existing and new clients, with continued follow-up to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs set by store management, including sales value, retention, UPT, and Xselling.
  • Develop your client book to execute effective clienteling strategies and drive sales.
  • Cultivate a network of contacts to expand our potential customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, events, competitors' activities, and products to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Embody Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing any issues or risks.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail, ideally in Men's Formalwear.
  • Passion for sartorial culture.
  • High standard of spoken and written English, with another language a plus.
  • Ability to execute a wide range of clienteling strategies to initiate, retain, and develop relationships.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to plan, execute, and follow up.
  • Commercial mindset and proactive attitude towards generating business.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to engage and influence clients and key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Luxury retail standards with regards to processes, service level, and expectations.
