Job Title: Clinical Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Secure Services Team in Ipswich. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict confidentiality rules
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
