About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Secure Services Team in Ipswich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health illnesses in a low secure service setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their recovery and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess and develop individualised care plans.
  • Support service users in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to strict confidentiality rules and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within the care sector, with a focus on mental health support.
  • Essential qualifications include the Care Certificate, NVQ L2/3 H&SC, or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC.
  • Desirable qualifications include VRQ L3 in mental health.
  • Able to travel independently and work rotating shifts.
