Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and carers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on person-centered care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including rotating shifts, to meet the needs of the service.
