About the Role

As a SAP S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing Master Data Consultant at Capgemini, you will be part of a dynamic team shaping and delivering innovative solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Working closely with our team of experts in Supply Chain Management, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge projects, leveraging the latest technologies such as GenAI, Digital Twin, and automation.

This role offers a unique chance to work with the latest SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud, and Mobile, helping clients transform their enterprises through their digital journeys.

You will be responsible for working on single or multiple project lifecycles, from shaping the transformation roadmap to agile delivery and post-go-live support.

Your expertise in core PP/Manufacturing solutions and PP Master Data will enable you to design, build, and deliver solutions in your functional area, as well as contribute to the growth of our SAP SCM Capability.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Senior consulting role across multiple full-cycle projects in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, working in PP/Manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing a team in client-facing projects.
  • Responsible for deliverables within client-facing projects and delivering results.
  • Advocate of best practice design principles, with an advisory focus, and demonstrate the ability to provide solutions for business requirements.
  • Passion for working with clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies.
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end design and implementation programs with SAP.
  • Awareness of various project lifecycle tools, such as Atlassian JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Signavio.
  • Order Execution, Production Planning, Integration with MES, Integration with external planning systems, Integration with Shop Floor Control systems.
  • S/4HANA Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning, including Demand Management and Long-Term Planning.
  • Business Process Knowledge related to Planning Strategies (e.g., Make to Stock, Make to Order, Planning with Final Assembly).
  • Integration of Production Planning with FI, CO, SD, MM, PM.
  • Proficient and hands-on configuration experience in PP/Manufacturing Master Data, with the ability to lead your area and provide solutions for clients dealing with:
    • Production Master Data
    • BOM Integration with PLM systems
    • Document and Drawing Management (CAD implications)
    • Sensitive Data handling
    • SAP Production Planning Organization structure - Plant, Storage locations, Work Centres, and assignment of overall structure.

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
