Sr. Program Manager, Benchmarking:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager to join our Benchmarking and Pricing Insights team at Amazon. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing both Customer and Seller Experience by identifying blind spots and improving the overall shopping and selling journey on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs with significant impact, demonstrating strong program management, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be adept at interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

About You:

You will analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems, lead not only at the strategic level but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains, and work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex business processes at scale.
  2. Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon.
  3. Liaise with tech, product, ops and category teams to ensure timely deliverables for key projects.
  4. Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems.
  5. Ability to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Salary Range:$140,000 - $170,000 per year
