Job Title: Temporary Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated temporary teaching assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons to various year groups across EYFS and KS1.

This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced assistants and those who have recently completed their initial training. You will work closely with the class teacher and be expected to create a positive learning environment, manage pupil behaviour, and demonstrate a clear understanding of curriculum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.

  • Manage pupil behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.
