Assistant Head Chef Role

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges and develop your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stepping into the Head Chef's shoes and running the kitchen to deliver exceptional food and maximum profitability.
  • Leading the team to achieve our high standards and ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.
  • Planning and preparing for shifts, making sure the right level of food is prepared and delegating duties to the team.
  • Working closely with the restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers and taking pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen.
