About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team as a PA Office Manager. This hybrid role requires a blend of administrative and office management duties, supporting a director with five direct reports and overseeing a 130-strong tech team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's Diary: Ensure efficient scheduling and time management for the director.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Events: Manage nominations, invites, and attendees for quarterly awards and high achiever events.
  • Prepare Board Reports: Assist with the preparation of periodic board reports, documents, and reports, obtaining necessary sign-offs from the director.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, including stationery and tea/coffee, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Support the Receptionist: Assist the receptionist as needed and support the property team with facilities management tasks.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Show initiative and the ability to work independently, making decisions and solving problems on the fly.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on office management.
  • Initiative and Autonomy: Ability to work independently, with a knack for thinking on your feet.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable grasp of office technology and software.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively.
  • Office Management Experience: Experience in maintaining a productive work environment.
