As a Financial Crime Consultant, you will collaborate with high-performing teams to enhance Financial Crime risk management frameworks and implement cutting-edge technologies for customer onboarding, payment screening, and transaction monitoring. You will engage with senior client stakeholders to develop compliance programs aimed at preventing, detecting, and investigating financial crimes such as money laundering, bribery, corruption, sanctions, and fraud.

Recent Achievements: PA has been instrumental in executing a Financial Crime Transformation Program for a leading financial institution, significantly enhancing their Fraud and Financial Crime operations across multiple defense lines.
Our contributions include shaping the strategic vision for the Fraud and Financial Crime division, managing change deliverables, establishing a robust governance framework, conducting risk and control assessments, designing Target Operating Models, developing learning and development frameworks, and creating a comprehensive technology and data architecture.
Desired Qualifications
To excel in this Financial Crime Transformation Consultant role, candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Crime categories (money laundering, sanctions, bribery, and corruption; fraud experience is advantageous) Expertise in designing Financial Crime Target Operating Models Experience working across all lines of defense Strategic and operational understanding of various financial crime categories Proven ability to design and implement effective learning and development frameworks In-depth knowledge of governance structures and frameworks Strong capability in formulating financial crime strategies for large, complex organizations Preferably, experience across diverse financial services sectors including retail and corporate banking, asset management, insurance, and investment banking Insightful perspectives on the evolving landscape of financial crime risk management Experience managing senior stakeholders in complex projects while delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment Demonstrated adaptability to align with changing client expectations and requirements Core Consulting SkillsOur work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, emphasizing collaboration, curiosity, and fairness.
