Senior Drainage Design Engineer Opportunity

BWB Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Design Engineer to join our Design Infrastructure team in Leeds.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in drainage design, particularly in highway drainage. As a Senior Drainage Design Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking the preliminary and detailed design of drainage schemes, working closely with our clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake the preliminary and detailed design of drainage schemes, including highway drainage
  • Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of our drainage design team and share knowledge and expertise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in drainage design, particularly in highway drainage
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software packages, including Microdrainage
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • A strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and practices
