Job Summary:
\
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IPS Employment Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with mental health conditions and complex barriers to develop and implement effective employment plans that meet their unique needs.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\
• Conduct client-centred assessments to identify employment goals and develop tailored plans to achieve them;
• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing case management services to ensure they receive comprehensive support throughout their employment journey;
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to promote job opportunities and provide ongoing support;
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as mental health workers and employment specialists, to ensure clients receive coordinated care;
• Provide education and training to employers and other stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues and employment supports.

Requirements:
\
• Proven experience in employment support, preferably in the mental health sector;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and employers;
• Excellent case management skills, with the ability to coordinate services and resources to support clients;
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle, as regular travel between locations is required;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.

Salary:
\
The salary for this position is estimated at $62,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. This figure may vary depending on the individual's qualifications and location within the region.
