Employment Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IPS Employment Specialist to support individuals with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to secure and sustain competitive employment. This role follows the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, which has been proven to be highly effective in achieving successful employment outcomes.
As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, skills, and career aspirations. You will then develop personalized job plans to help them achieve their goals, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the process.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering excellent service. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives and have a talent for building strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized job plans to meet client needs
- Providing regular coaching and mentoring to support clients in their employment journey
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with individuals with mental health conditions or complex barriers to employment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
