Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, to ensure a smooth and accurate process for customers.
  • Work closely with a highly skilled team to provide support and guidance on optical products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Zest Optical's products and services, including frames, lenses, and other optical solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Positive track record within the optical industry, with a strong understanding of optical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work within systems and processes, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.

Benefits:

  • Paying up to £25,000 per annum.
