Nursing Care Assistant

**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Nursing Care Assistant to join our team at Digitaltidewave. As a key member of the Multidisciplinary Team, you will provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, promoting health education and implementing Clinical Governance Plans.
Responsibilities:**
- Deliver individualized nursing care to patients, following established protocols and procedures
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote patient wellbeing
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Clinical Governance Plans
- Work effectively as part of a Multidisciplinary Team, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:**
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- COVID-19 vaccination recommended
Salary:** £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
