Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist Crisis Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in Oxfordshire.
As a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in driving forward the Occupational Therapy pathway within CRHTT, building on and refining the recovery and occupation-focused interventions delivered.
You will provide clinical leadership to junior staff, including Band 6 and 5 OTs, OT apprentices, and support staff, and provide skills and training for the team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the contribution of Occupational Therapists in supporting individuals in mental health crisis and will be able to work collaboratively within an MDT.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an evidence-based CRHTT Occupational Therapy pathway that supports flow, continuity of care, and recovery.
- Plan, provide, develop, and evaluate Occupational Therapy within the pathway, ensuring that services are evidence-based and follow client-centered principles.
- Manage the Occupational Therapy clinical performance and support the provision of data and reports to demonstrate both activity and outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision to CRHT Occupational therapy staff in the safe delivery of assessment, care planning, and implementation of occupational interventions.
- Work in a recovery-focused, trauma-informed way, providing complex 1:1 occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
