Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist Crisis Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in Oxfordshire.
As a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in driving forward the Occupational Therapy pathway within CRHTT, building on and refining the recovery and occupation-focused interventions delivered.
You will provide clinical leadership to junior staff, including Band 6 & 5 OTs, OT apprentices, and support staff, and provide skills and training for the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist who has a strong understanding of the contribution of Occupational Therapists in supporting individuals in mental health crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine the Occupational Therapy pathway within CRHTT, ensuring that services are evidence-based and follow client-centered principles.
- Plan, provide, develop, and evaluate Occupational Therapy within the pathway, including documenting all stages of the process.
- Manage the Occupational Therapy clinical performance, supporting the provision of data and reports to demonstrate both activity and outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision to CRHT Occupational therapy staff, ensuring the safe delivery of assessment, care planning, and implementation of occupational interventions.
- Work in a recovery-focused, trauma-informed way, providing complex 1:1 occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
